Green Projects
We have been involved with many significant LEED-certified projects to date, including:

  • Bank of America – 1133 6th Avenue
    Two floors of complete HVAC renovation in an occupied high-end office building.

  • Bank of America – One Bryant Park
    Complete HVAC installation on 4 floors of the highest-profile LEED project in New York City. This project is one of the few commercial high-rises to ever seek LEED Platinum status.

  • Bank of America – 2380 Broadway
    Complete renovation and installation of a new HVAC system for a new bank branch within a fully occupied residential building. This project achieved LEED Silver status.

  • Action Center to End World Hunger – 2 River Terrace
    A LEED Platinum HVAC installation including radiant heating and cooling in a fully occupied residential building.

  • COFRA – 277 Park Avenue
    An HVAC installation on a tenant floor in a high-profile Midtown Manhattan office building.
