Latham & Watkins, 885 Third Avenue

Latham & Watkins, a multinational law firm, underwent a 12-floor restack at their 885 Third Avenue offices. Donnelly Mechanical outfitted the floors, totaling 480,000 sf, with new HVAC installations. The project was a phased construction, with each floor delivered in ready-to-be-occupied condition. Included in the scope of work were a computer room, generators, oil delivery system, office space and conference and board rooms.
Apple Store, 401 West 14th Street

Donnelly Mechanical installed a state-of-the-art Daikin air conditioning system for the 100,000 sf Apple Store in the Meatpacking District. The fast-track and design-build project also involved the installation of custom wall and ceiling finishes.
Major Broadcast Network Television Studio, Midtown

Donnelly Mechanical provided construction services at a prominent television network studio to replace HVAC equipment and ducting in TV control rooms, office space and IT rooms. The project was not only run on an aggressive schedule but required duct installation in tight spaces to avoid affecting the recording studios, sound booths and live on-air control rooms.		  
Thacher Proffitt & Wood, 2 World Financial Center

For this prestigious corporate law firm, Donnelly Mechanical provided a phased fit-out of multiple occupied floors totaling 100,000 sf. Careful planning was necessary to avoid disrupting the firm’s operations during construction. The project also included installing an HVAC system for the firm’s computer room.
Merrill Lynch, 4 World Financial Center

Donnelly Mechanical performed a phased replacement of HVAC systems for trading floors and office space at Merrill Lynch’s 1,800,000 sf international headquarters at 4 World Financial Center. The project adhered to a strict schedule that would minimize interruptions to the financial institution’s day-to-day operations.
Microsoft, 1250 Avenue of the Americas

Donnelly Mechanical performed a multi-floor fitout of Microsoft’s New York offices totaling 125,000 sf. The project, which also included a computer room air conditioning (CRAC) install, was completed at an aggressive pace.
Major League Baseball Advanced Media, 75 Ninth Avenue

Donnelly Mechanical installed a new 100-ton water tower and separated two floors of air conditioning, with one floor’s system going to the new tower. Two 5-ton air conditioning units were also added to an operational data center. The project was completed in a short time span and required that a computer room remain online during the construction process.
