Latham & Watkins, a multinational law firm, underwent a 12-floor restack at their 885 Third Avenue offices. Donnelly Mechanical outfitted the floors, totaling 480,000 sf, with new HVAC installations. The project was a phased construction, with each floor delivered in ready-to-be-occupied condition. Included in the scope of work were a computer room, generators, oil delivery system, office space and conference and board rooms. |
