Daniel T. Donnelly
Chief Executive Officer

Together with his partner Catherine, Dan founded Donnelly Mechanical in 1989 and Donnelly Sustainable Energy Services (SES) in 2009. As Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for the company’s strategic vision. Dan has over 30 years of experience in the industry, holds both LEED and CEM certification and has expertise in all facets of the HVAC business including estimating, budgeting, LEED projects and delivery systems, energy service contracts, energy solutions and strategies, technical surveys and reporting, consulting and turn-key projects. Dan is also well known for his philanthropic efforts and is very involved with many charitable organizations including The Mollie Biggane Melanoma Foundation, the North Shore Family Guidance Center and the National Kidney Foundation.

Caterina Asaro
Vice President, Construction

As Vice President of Construction, Caterina plans, directs and coordinates all aspects of the construction department, which includes managing daily operations as well as formulating standard policies. Caterina has been a member of the Donnelly Mechanical team since she was in high school. Starting out in 1996 as a teenager tasked with administrative duties, Caterina obtained her college degree and worked her way up to her current role in senior management.

David Losak
Director of Construction

Dave manages and supervises projects—both small and large—in the areas of construction, installation, start up, balancing and commissioning. He also plays a key role in day-to-day operations, managing Donnelly’s procurement department, as well as its warehouse and delivery operations. Dave’s credentials include over 35 years of experience in the industry, 14 years as a steamfitting instructor, membership in the Refrigeration Service Engineer’s Society, and numerous certifications. Dave joined Donnelly Mechanical in 1997.
