Donnelly Mechanical announced today that it has been named as the HVAC maintenance provider for the North American headquarters for Reuters at 3 Times Square. The 20+ floors of office space will be monitored by a dedicated on-site technician.

In a separate agreement, Donnelly Mechanical has been engaged to perform an HVAC fit-out of two of the tenant floors.
