- Retro-Commissioning (RCX)
Much like a piano that periodically needs returning, an HVAC system needs to be commissioned on a periodic basis to maintain optimal performance. Donnelly SES offers routine commissioning as well as retro-commissioning for buildings/tenants that have never been commissioned.
A commissioning process conducted by our experienced team—which includes factory-trained Local 638 technicians—will assess the numerous variables that impact a building’s HVAC system and identify not only problems that need to be corrected, but what operational and maintenance improvements will yield the greatest improvements in efficiency with respect to cost.
Typical results from implementing the recommendations of a commissioning include improvements in indoor air quality, comfort, controls and energy and resource efficiency. In some cases, these improvements have been substantial.
- Energy Services Agreements
Donnelly offers several levels of Energy Services Agreements, all designed to save our clients money and energy through proactive maintenance, including services such as annual energy benchmarking, utility bill analysis and energy audits.
