Catherine Donnelly
President, Chief Financial Officer
With her partner Dan, Cathy founded Donnelly Mechanical in 1989 and Donnelly Sustainable Energy Services (SES) in 2009. As President and Chief Financial Officer, Cathy oversees all of the company’s financial and administrative functions. Cathy’s primary focus has been in the area of finance, and she is considered an industry expert on tax and insurance. Cathy is also a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization and is a prominent figure in New York City WMBE circles. As a result of her efforts, Donnelly Mechanical has been certified as a Women’s Owned Business by WBENC, New York City, New York State and Port Authority. Cathy is also well known for her philanthropy and is highly involved with many charitable organizations including The National Kidney Foundation, Nassau Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Nassau Literacy and the Mollie Biggane Melanoma Foundation. |

John Fallon
Vice President, Service & Maintenance
John has been with Donnelly Mechanical since its inception in 1989. When he was first hired, John was the company’s only mechanic (and operated the only service truck). As the company grew, John became Partner—and now oversees all field operations for Donnelly’s Service & Maintenance division. He oversees 60 employees and is responsible for thousands of accounts. John has personally hired all the mechanics, project managers and field supervisors at the firm, and continues to maintain an active role managing Donnelly’s client relationships. John also holds several certifications including factory training in multiple types of HVAC equipment, CFC refrigerant certification, OSHA certification and Dale Carnegie Leadership Training. |

Dino Mangione
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Dino is Vice President of Sales & Marketing and is a partner of the firm. His responsibilities include building relationships with new prospects and developing the company’s brand recognition. Dino is known for taking the time to understand the unique needs of each client so that he is able to offer them tailored service and maintenance agreements. As a LEED Green Associate, Dino is also able to provide recommendations to clients interested in sustainability and energy efficiency. Dino joined Donnelly Mechanical in 1989, starting out in an office clerical position. From there, he performed a wide array of roles at Donnelly—including parts driver, dispatcher, service coordinator and field helper—before reaching his current position in senior management.

Tiziano Sartori
Vice President, Operations
Tiziano (“T”) is the Vice President of Operations and a partner of the firm. As Vice President of Operations, T oversees the day-to-day operations of Donnelly Mechanical including managing a team of 6 service coordinators and handling the scheduling and routing of service and maintenance personnel. T has been part of Donnelly Mechanical since its inception in 1989 and has held various roles in the service division, where he was instrumental in setting up many of the systems and procedures that are still in use. Among his various credentials and qualifications are OSHA 30-hour certification and completion of 2 MSCA LEED training programs. |

Nick Pepe
Senior Supervisor
Nick joined the firm in 1990, starting out as Technician and working his way up to his current role as Senior Supervisor. With 32 years of experience, Nick is the technical support go-to for Donnelly’s team of mechanics. He is a licensed refrigeration engineer with certifications including OSHA, universal CFC, air compressor operation, Acclimate condensing units, 410A refrigerant, F30 Fire Guard torch operation, G38 torch use and asbestos handling. He has also undergone extensive training with large equipment manufacturers such as Carrier and Trane.

Dennis Fallon
Account Manager
As an Account Manager for Donnelly Mechanical’s Service & Maintenance Department, Dennis plays a key role in client relations—both existing and prospective. He upholds Donnelly’s commitment to unrivaled responsiveness and by taking the time to understand the unique needs of each of our clients, is able to offer tailored service and maintenance contracts. Moreover, Dennis’ familiarity with our clients has enabled him to identify opportunities for our sustainable energy division (Donnelly SES) to implement initiatives that have led to significant cost-savings for many of our clients.
